New evening program: Makers in the Dark!

Day Program: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Evening Program: 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Who should apply for a Champlain Maker Faire booth?

Local, regional, and national groups, clubs, individuals, schools, universities, and hobbyists who can demonstrate or actually show the making of their invention/craft/project in a contained booth setting.

NOTE: Young Makers ages 16 and under must have parental/guardian permission and complete permission form to exhibit at Champlain Mini Maker Faire.

What does it cost to exhibit?

Applicants who are chosen by a review panel to participate will exhibit for FREE in a 10×10 covered space with 8 foot table, 2 chairs, power, and wi-fi. You decorate the rest. Those applicants who also wish to offer their inventions/crafts/artwork for sale at Champlain Mini Maker Faire may be asked to pay a fee for their booth space (see application for details). Each booth will be allowed up to four exhibitor badges. Power will be supplied to each booth.

 

How many Makers will exhibit?

The Coach Barn is equipped to handle upwards of 50 booths inside and on the surrounding grounds. Maker exhibits and food vendors are surrounded by activities involving robots, drones, rockets, e-wearables, autonomous vehicles, burning man, and more.

What’s the Deadline?

Application to apply is midnight on Sunday, August 19.
