Food at the MakerFaire is more than fuel for your body. Five confirmed vendors bring innovation and creativity to their craft.

“Inspired by their three daughters who tend to color outside the lines, Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream from Fisher Brothers Farm has a unique, vibrant flavor,” writes Becky Castle of Fisher Brothers Farm. Their ice cream takes fresh to a new level with farm-to-cone by using ingredients from the farm immediately after picking to craft small batches. Current flavors include fresh blueberry, blackberry, elderberry, raspberry, vanilla, and, “the best chocolate ice cream you’ve ever had – chocolate anarchy.”

Also driven by locally-sourced ingredients, the Good Food Truck makes their own sausage, breads, and more from scratch. 100% of proceeds benefit the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf.

Let your taste buds travel with Essex-based Mediterranean Mix. Enjoy authentic fare: mousaka, spanikopita, eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, roasted chicken, saffron rice, samosas, baklava, and salads!
