Ben t. Matchstick
Professor and founder Ben t. Matchstick is a performer, puppeteer, show inventor, event manager, game master, and geek. He is a former cafe and venue manager. He has toured nationally and internationally with his own puppet shows, the Bread & Puppet Theater, and is the co-conceiver/director/designer of Hadestown (now on Broadway). He's organized after-school programs, summer camps, street parties, kid-powered events, and outdoor music festivals. Professor Matchstick holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College and lives in Montpelier, VT.
